.
We were driving home from our latest dance practice. We turned onto our little home stretch, and...
VOILA!
They had painted lines on our road while we were gone! Weird! We cannot decide if we like it or not, but we were so mesmerized that I took about 50 photos all the way down the 1/2 mile stretch.
Mercifully, I will not post them all.
Just a few.
Yup. All the way home. But not down our driveway. I'd sure love it if they'd pave our driveway, though.
It looks alright, I guess.
Did anyone actually look at them all? LOL

YOU are too funny! It doesn't take much to get you excited, does it???
ReplyDeleteWhat a hoot!
Next thing you know, Google Earth will be coming out there and stickin' their nose in your bidness, now that you've got LINES! You're on the map! :o) (I DID look at all the pics, btw!)
ReplyDeleteThere is a teeny tiny road up the street, I don't even think it's goes anywhere, anyway they just spent two weeks paving it! I like your road, very scenic and woodsy. I'm kinda scared of the woods now that I live on a farm. I think you'll get you to the new lines, I bit of a contrast from the grey pavement, though.
ReplyDeleteWow, I must confess that I did not look at every single picture :)
ReplyDeleteWow! I'm shocked! Maybe Sinking Creek is next!!
ReplyDeleteI looked at them all. That is a gorgeous stretch of road with all the fall colors....including the yellow on the lines ;)
ReplyDeleteFaith,
ReplyDeleteThey are the best darned lines I have ever seen.LOL
You need to get out more Sista!
Lori :0)
Cyn,

~Faith
Jo,
ReplyDeleteReally? Scared of the woods. What for?
You never know where or when road crews are going to strike. Maybe it was part of the stimulus bill?
~Faith
Nate,
ReplyDeleteYou are excused since you get a first hand look at it.
~Faith
Donna,
ReplyDeleteI hope they add more asphalt, first.
~Faith
Craftivist,
ReplyDeleteThe colors are really pretty. It was a happy accident, as Bob Ross might say, to get the lines and the colors at the same time. Cool beans!
~Faith
SBF,
ReplyDeleteThank you. I decided to go with yellow and parallel. Works, don't you think?
I've been trying to stay HOME! ;)
~Faith
